The Records Specialist supports many divisions while working collaboratively with team members across the enterprise. * Sort, identify and prep all incoming mail and documents
* Learn to scan documents, look up and identify the type of document
* Support various divisions within American National
* Complete additional tasks, as needed
* High School diploma or GED
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Previous office and/or filing experience (preferred)
* Must be able to maintain confidential information
* Ability to collaborate with team members
