You will be part of the US team which has ownership of projects with global scope. Your team You'll be working with the US Algorithmic Engineering teams in NYC. One will work closely with people in the Quantitative Analytics team. Your experience and skills You have: Java - you re an expert at Capable of leading a growing team of Algorithmic Developers in a hand on method. A proven background in software development & degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related degree. -experience building enterprise solutions for complex business problems -successfully applied solutions to meet non-functional requirements such as stability, capacity, latency and throughput -an understanding of the Linux operating system and server side development. -hands-on experience of agile software development practices and methodologies, especially scrum -experience working in a front office environment with knowledge of algorithmic execution / automated trading systems. -equity and/or FX trading business knowledge in US financial markets Key Tech skills; -Java -Spring Framework -Multithreading -Scripting Languages About us 70,000 employees in more than 50 countries.
