CompHealth is currently assisting a New York hospital with their search for a nocturnist. The group has an opportunity for a board certified internal medicine physician. The team of physicians enjoy a work schedule of 7 on and 7 off. The nocturnist shifts are from 9 pm to 7 am. Procedures include are central line placement and intubations and they will mentor if needed. There are opportunities for teaching residents and medical students as well as the ability to participate in clinical research.
In addition to the RVU and quality bonus, there will be a retention bonus at the end of year one and year two. You will be offered medical benefits, one week of PTO, a sign-on bonus, CME, a retirement plan, and malpractice insurance.
Come live and practice in central New York. Binghamton is a mid-sized riverfront city located outside Syracuse and the New York Finger Lakes region. The area has a low cost of living, performing arts amenities, and a university.
