If that resonates with you, join us!DescriptionPosition Overview:This Product Engineer position supports all VAVE and Engineered Products (EPMS) activity for Growth, also supports NPD projects. Markets like Display and Gas require products that contend with local suppliers who contend in cost - VAVE activity is much-needed to provide alternatives that customer wants. Be the product engineering leader for continuous improvement, product transfer, capacity analysis and capital equipment projects. Supports manufacturing engineering as the technical authority on NCR's, POR's and process issues.Job Functions:* 10% Global Travel* Provide technical leadership in the design & development of new filtration products with advanced cleaning processes that enable next generation technology nodes in Semiconductor fabrication.* Plan, lead, budget and direct projects by closely working with global multi-functional teams with minimal supervision.* Communicate clearly to team members, management, customers, suppliers and other key partners.* Comprehend Voice of the Customer and engage technical expertise to meet VoC in all new product design and development activities.* Lead documentation of new products, processes and equipment for new products.* Develop and implement roadmaps for capital projects.* Design, Analyze and Engineer new products with the use of standard tools, engineering software, design calculations, and best known methods for product designs.* Calculate & predict product performance including fluid flow, stack-up tolerances, structural integrity etc.* Work with Test Laboratories to identify test protocols and quality performance criteria.* Proficiency in Project Management and Design of Experiments (DOE) is a must.* Knowledge of Value Analysis Value Engineering (VAVE), Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) and Statistical process control (SPC) is desirable.* Experience in CAD is desirable* Ability to work with global teams by overcoming cultural and language barriers and aptitude to go above and beyond to provide cohesion among project teams is highly desirable.* Teammate with Project Management experience and excellent oral/written communication skills* Understanding of the hazardous nature of materials used in processing of Microelectronic products.* Understand need and concern of maintaining Form, Fit and Function of product to prevent failure and liability during product use in the field.* Knowledge of Asian and European work cultures and ability to communicate during respective work hours.Job RequirementsQualificationsBasic Qualifications:* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering* Minimum of 10 years of product development and/or design engineering experience* Experience with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Power PointPreferred Qualifications:* Experience with Semiconductor fabrication, advanced Cleaning chemistry/technologiesPall is an equal opportunity employer.
