Job Title: Associate Relations Manager

Primary Purpose of Job:
Promote positive associate relations and business partnerships with store management. Ensure store compliance with all company policies, practices, legal requirements, and ethical procedures. Manage store recruiting and selection efforts in order to attract, hire, and retain the best-qualified candidates.
Essential Job Functions:
1.Promote positive associate relations and manage store retention efforts by establishing and maintaining strong business partnerships with store management (including conducting huddles and listening sessions).
2.Ensure store compliance with all company policies, practices, legal requirements, and ethical procedures.
3.Manage total store recruiting and selection efforts in order to attract, hire, and retain qualified candidates (may include coordinating and conducting job fairs).
4.Demonstrate good judgment and discretion while solving problems and making decisions regarding compensation and hiring recommendations and policy interpretation.
5.Manage and lead the career track process for development of key leadership within the store.
6.Influence managers and associates to display the behaviors that drive positive culture.
7.Train department managers on conflict resolution, sexual harassment, performance management and performance counseling.
8.Handle sensitive information with extreme confidentiality.
9.Manage counseling steps and terminations for fairness and consistency.
10.Oversee the administration of payroll processing and benefit enrollment support.
