You will be working closely with the Group Account Director, Executive Creative Director, Account Managers, Creative Directors, Designers and the broader team to produce outstanding work. You understand the importance of reach in integrated projects, without ever losing sight of the craft to deliver beautiful, considered and appropriate work.

Responsibilities

  • Managing account business and program functions; client business partner, program and project manager, production management, and financial forecasting and tracking.
  • Acting as a mentor and supervisor to multiple account/project managers.
  • Deeply immersed into clients' business to ensure creative product aligned strategically with client briefs.
  • Responsible for maintaining D&Cs standards of creative excellence across all work including, but not limited to - branding, graphics, campaign development and execution, digital and content production.
  • Inspiring, collaborative and authoritative with clients and partners, and are expected to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Acting as a knowledge source for the business on how to drive creative partnerships and make business transformation happen.
  • Driving the strategic direction of the work and demanding the highest standards.
  • Independently lead and make decisions that balance the needs of the client with internal creative and business goals.
  • Seamlessly author and manage the process to secure approval on Statements of Work and Work for Hire and Licensing Contracts.
  • Creation of all estimates per SOW, invoicing clients, and ensuring all payments to D&C are made on time.
  • Manage Overall Account P&L
  • Collaborate with New Business to actively pursue new clients and revenue sources.


Ideal person

  • Highly seasoned program/project manager, with the ability to develop complex project plans.
  • Experienced in managing content productions, both with independent contractors and production companies.
  • Manifests an acute knowledge of the basic principles of marketing, advertising, media, and the creative process.
  • Strives to make an exemplary finished product
  • Loves to negotiate and ideate
  • Enjoys speaking in public and presenting to groups and has experience to show that
  • Has a thorough knowledge of branding, design and advertising products and process
  • Is a natural leader who can lead and manage strong teams of more than 10 people
  • Constantly exceeds client expectations by anticipating what they need before they ask
  • Is not intimidated by the idea of working with high profile clients
  • Can show how theyve previously managed and grown multi-million dollar accounts successfully
  • Has led a diverse range of projects and types of work for large accounts: branding, campaign, digital, mobile, social, video/photo production, and animation.
  • Has a track record in multi-tasking in fast-paced creative environment
  • Writes impeccably and speaks articulately
