Reports To Executive Pastry Chef

Job Overview: The Pastry Cook s responsibiliies include preparing quality pastry items, such as breakfast items, desserts, breads, creams, amenities, displays, and special request items in accordance with the standards of Gotham Bar and Grill.

Primary Duties

  • Maintain knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment.
  • Prepare all pastry menu items following recipes and yield guides, according to departmental standards.
  • Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings, etc. to ensure satisfying presentation.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Prior experience in pastry/ kitchen
