Ippudo NY - East Village is looking for a professional line cook to join our team.


Embodying the original philosophy of the Ramen King and Ippudo founder Shigemi Kawahara, our first international shop opened in the East Village in 2008 to \"keep changing to remain unchanged.\" Serving the same signature Tonkotsu pork broth and premium house-made thin noodles, Ippudo NY brings a different level of subtlety, refinement and depth to the flavor palette of our ramen and tapas-style dishes.


As a Line Cook at Ippudo you will be responsible for making ramen, cooking appetizers and prepping and cleaning your work station. Kitchen experience is strongly preferred, knife skills and chopstick skills are a plus. Our kitchen is incredibly busy and we are looking for dedicated team members who are passionate about food.
