For more information, visit www.mist.comResponsibilities* Develop and execute a regional strategy for recruiting new channel partners to support growth goals* Identify, develop and expand relationships with strategic partners in region* Expand channel through recruitment of strategic partners* Drive enablement and sales readiness of channel partners* Conduct regular training with partner sellers* Develop joint GTM outline so sellers know where Mist fits into their portfolio* Conduct partner business plans with 30, 60, 90 day objectives agreed upon by CEO/Business Owner or EVP of Sales* Present to the Mist field the strategy for field alignment* Seek "joint sell" opportunities with other vendors* Obtain exec buy-off on partnership and work to align business models* Schedule/perform MBR (Monthly Business Reviews) with partner leadershipRequirements* 5 years of related experience* 4-year degree* Relevant experience in fields such as Wi-Fi* The following attributes: self-starter, detail oriented, great communicator, public speaking, and business planningWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
