The position carries the responsibility for the overall administrative operations of the School Health Responsible for overseeing the administration of federal, state and local service grants and compliance with all regulatory and MMC standards. High level fiscal, organizational development and administrative management skills specific to ambulatory, hospital, health care setting and/or a health care regulatory agency. Demonstrated working knowledge of FQHC. Must have demonstrated skills in project management. Proficient in laws and regulations pertaining to healthcare. Knowledge of general accounting principles, financialreports, fiscal management, government relations and reimbursements. (Required) Extensive experience with EMR, Work management, Microsoft Office Suite and Medical Billing. (Required)At least seven (7) years demonstrated managerial and supervisory skill working within a health care setting. (Required) Bachelor's Degree- Related field (Preferred) Master's Degree- MBA, MPA, MPH, MHA or related field (Preferred) Epic (Preferred) Six Sigma or LEAN Req ID: 98443Salary Range: NAMinimum Qualification8 - 10 years
