This position may be seated in a work from home office or any of MultiPlan's office locations. This position will provide leadership to develop the sales strategy for healthcare audit products and services. Incumbent will present those products and services to clients to achieve annual sales goals. JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Develop annual plan for the achievement of sales objectives. 2. Execute individual new business growth plan and achievement of target sales forecast. 3. Support key sales efforts as the subject matter expert. 4. Facilitate the payment integrity and audit sales processes and present value propositions to prospects. 5. Collaborate with: o and manage the assistance of finance, marketing, operations, and technology to ensure delivery of subject matter expertise to key staff at targeted prospects. o Marketing Communications to develop sales and value market messages as well as supporting materials for payment integrity and audit services. 6. Display ownership and timeliness in executing sales plan. 7. Inform and participate on all payment integrity and healthcare audit related marketing activities. 8. Identify promising distribution channels and programs to find, attract and retain clients. 9. Coordinate with other market segment leaders to help identify and pursue existing client opportunities. 10. Provide leadership and training to sales directors to enable them to sell payment integrity and audit services. 11. Select, develop, and evaluate staff to ensure the efficient operation of department. 12. Ensure systematic data oriented efforts to improve consumer and/or client services. 13. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments. 14. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements. 15. This is a people management job with authority for all HR actions (hiring, firing, discipline, training, etc.).
