Reporting to the VP of Solution Engineering, the Director of Solution Engineering is building the tools for our investment teams and field force to better service our clients. As a director, you research, experiment and build teams that work on the latest technologies to find better, more scalable ways and more agile ways to compete.
The Director is a true industry expert and brings out of the box solution experience and leading teams to deliver the \"full-stack\" of innovative, aligned, quality products.
The Director is responsible for:
Delivering on the strategy
Innovating the engineering approach
Leading and mentoring engineers
Interpreting business requirements
Technical problem solving
The ideal candidate will be obsessed with technology, cloud and big data. A winning personality is critical to develop the camaraderie and collaborative relationships, namely working with Product Managers and Business Analysts. Finally, a security mindset is required to protect intellectual property and shareholder value.
