The restaurant group of award-winning Chef Daniel Boulud is seeking a Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef with at least three years of experience for our commissary kitchen located in NYC.
The Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef leads the shift and the team to ensure smooth operations, including opening/closing duties. The Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef will also assist with ordering of necessary product, receiving that product, staffing and training.
