The Dinex Group, the restaurant group of Chef Daniel Boulud is seeking a Sous Chef Bread Baker for his Commissary Kitchen.
The Commissary Kitchen produces all bread for Chef Daniel Boulud's seven NYC properties. The Sous Chef Bread Baker will assist with the management and supervision of all bread bakers and the production of bread for all seven of Daniel Boulud's NYC properties.
Oversee and maintain pace of production
Oversee scheduling of bakery employees
Train new employees
Oversee production of bakery Mise en Place
Assist with family meal on bakery's days
Working together with Chef, develop new products
Maintain quality control of bakery items
