Our client is a branding and marketing agency based in Lebanon, NJ. They started tiny in the mid-80s and grew mighty, growing into a company able to offer big solutions today. They are looking for a Sales Director to represent them in the greater NYC area. This is a tremendous opportunity to work with a company that strives to treat clients and employees with remarkable care.
The Sales Director gets to source, prospect, and close new clients for warehousing and fulfillment services. This is an ideal position for someone who has experience selling warehousing and fulfillment services to clients, preferably for marketing related needs. The sales director focuses on business development and sales and reports to the companys VP of Sales, working closely with the warehouse and fulfillment team. Once an account is signed, it will be fully supported and nurtured by an expert client services staff.
What you need to be considered:
5+ years with a proven track record of success in business development selling to a similar target market
Proven track record of consistently meeting/exceeding assigned metrics
Ability to provide specific examples of being a creative, consultative thinker with a polished sales approach that wins new business.
Direct experience in Warehouse/Fulfillment or the competency to quickly and thoroughly understand the business
