INVESTMENT BANKS SEEKS TAX ANALYST FOR SHORT TERM PROJECT
The Tax Group of Infrastructure Investment Fund (IIF) seeks a candidate with extensive experience in real estate/infrastructure taxation to assist with all tax aspects of its direct and indirect infrastructure investments.

Understanding of tax matters on the establishment of funds, feeder entities, holding companies, etc.
Candidate should be experienced with FACTA, Common Reporting Standard (CRS), Country by Country (CbC) reporting requirements and implementation for the Fund and it's portfolio companies.
Assist in gathering necessary information from fund investments.
Prepare FAS 109 provisions and assist in FIN 48 memo
Work closely with Investor Relations team and advisors with onboarding of new investors
Review externally prepared foreign, federal, state and local tax filings
Coordinate with product specialist investor information requirements for K-1 distribution.
8 years of experience required
Industry focus: Real Estate /Infrastructure
Strong Working knowledge of corporations, partnerships
