Rezdorais an Italian Restaurant dedicated to the food & hospitality of the Emilia Romagna region in Italy. The restaurant was founded by chef Stefano Secchi and entrepreneur David Switzer and we are projecting to open in late April 2019. Mr. Secchi s father is from Italy and he has worked and cooked in the homeland for 3 years including at Osteria Francescana, All Enoteca and Hosteria Giusti, based in Modena, Emilia Romagna and Canale, Piemonte respectively.
We have received great reviews even in our early stages of our restaurant. There is a huge amount of opportunity to grow with us.
Our service team will be led by Sidonie Rodman. Sidonie grew up working in her family s hotels and has 6 years of NYC restaurant experience including at Dirty French, the Wythe Hotel and as part of the opening management team for Agern restaurant. She was also part of the management team at both The Breslin and Houseman. Sidonie believes that a culture built on hospitality, with focus on how you treat each other and continuous education, are the cornerstones for a positive, happy and courteous team that works cohesively together.
