This Customer Service Representative position is based in the Binghamton, New York region and is a long-term temporary employment opportunity.

Must be available between Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm, Saturday/Sunday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
May be required to work on Holidays

Job Requirements:
Your responsibilities

- Organize and route incoming telephone calls

- Field and send written business correspondence

- You will likely support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

- Give exceptional customer service in a timely fashion
- A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism

- 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research

- Customer service and office administrative skills

- Strong computer skills including customer database systems

- Strong technical skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office

- Comprehensive knowledge of customer service

- Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently

- Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers
