About the role
As the Business Analyst of Standard Propositions NA you will be helping to develop a particular proposition that we bring to market in the NA region. You will work within a cross-functional team. Together, we will design not only the Day 1 proposition, but also the continuous improvement steps to keep the proposition at the cutting edge.
In this role, you will be focused on leading a sub-workstream or entire workstream and deliver on set goals. Your role will be absolutely aligned to the success of a particular proposition you will be supporting.

To deliver on these tasks you will need to have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, be creative in performing qualitative and quantitative research and analyses, identifying data sources and securing information necessary to perform and update analyses.
You are someone who has strong problem-solving skills, is a motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset. You take on problems strategically in a structured way, integrating your own original and creative ideas and those of others. You communicate clearly and simply – even when dealing with complicated problems and ideas – and you do so both orally and in writing. When interacting with colleagues of every level of seniority and experience, you are empathetic and sensitive, and you adjust your communication style to meet the needs of others.
You understand and can perform simple and more complex quantitative analysis. This can include forecasting, and descriptive analytics.
Primary insurance market experience is not necessary but is a plus. You will have an open-minded, intellectually curious approach to everything you do; and you are likely someone who is continually learning from a variety of sources.
Business fluency in English is needed. The role will require some travel, not expected to exceed 30%.
