JOB TITLE: PROGRAM DIRECTOR
DIVISION : SERVICES
REPORTS TO: ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT, SERVICES
LOCATION: GLENDALE (QUEENS)
The Program Director is responsible for the overall administration of a 200+ bed menâ€™s homeless shelter. Provides leadership for the day to day operation of the facility, as well as program accountability to ensure service goals are met or exceeded.
Masterâ€™s Degree preferred, Bachelor Degree required in human services or related field. At least 4 yearsâ€™ supervisory experience operating a DHS shelter is preferred. Strong administrative skills and an understanding of residential operations required; Experience in program management and knowledge of OTDA and DHS regulations required. Proficient in working in CARES
